About the role

Quality is part of how we deliver, not a step at the end. You will design test strategies with product teams, automate what should be automated, and run release testing on real phones and TVs.

Our work spans web platforms, native mobile apps and TV apps on six operating systems, so no two weeks look the same.

What you will do

  • Design test strategies and plans for new products and features
  • Build and maintain automated tests for web, mobile and APIs
  • Run regression and release testing on real devices, including smart TVs
  • Run performance and load tests, and report results clearly
  • Help TV apps pass store certification on the first submission
  • Report bugs with clear steps, evidence and impact, and verify fixes
  • Improve how we test: faster suites, fewer flaky tests, better coverage

What you will bring

  • 3 or more years in software testing, with at least 2 in test automation
  • Experience with Playwright or Cypress for web testing
  • Experience with Appium or Detox for mobile testing
  • API testing experience and a working knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to write maintainable test code in TypeScript or Python
  • A sharp eye for detail and clear written communication

Nice to have

None of these are required. If you have some, tell us about them.

  • Testing TV apps on Roku, Tizen, webOS or Android TV
  • Video streaming quality testing
  • Load testing with k6
  • Security testing with OWASP ZAP

Your first 90 days

  1. First 30 days

Learn our products and release process, and add automated tests to an existing suite.

  2. By 60 days

Own the test strategy and release testing for one product.

  3. By 90 days

Cut test run time or flakiness on a suite you own, and share what you learned.

Learning budget
A yearly budget for courses, books, certifications and conferences.
Paid time off
Paid annual leave, public holidays and sick leave, and we expect you to use them.
Real ownership

How hiring works

  1. 01

    Apply

Send a CV or a link to your work. A short note about what you want to do next helps.

  2. 02

    Intro call

Thirty minutes with someone from the team you would join. Questions go both ways.

  3. 03

    Technical session

A practical conversation about real work: code you have written, a system you have run, or a small take-home you choose.

  4. 04

    Offer

A written offer with the details clear. We aim to finish the whole process within two weeks.
