Who we are
TenBit Lab (“we”, “us”) operates tenbitlab.com. For anything related to this policy, write to contact@tenbitlab.com.
What we collect
- Details you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
- Application materials you send when applying for a role, such as a CV and links to your work.
- Technical data needed to serve the site securely, such as IP address and browser type, held in server logs for a limited time.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal.
- To assess a job application.
- To keep the site secure and understand how it is used in aggregate.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and running our business, or the steps needed before entering a contract with you.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the site and our email, under contracts that limit their use of the data. We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work. If we add analytics in future, this policy and the site will be updated first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email contact@tenbitlab.com and we will respond within 30 days.
