Pricing you can plan around.
Most agencies hide their prices until you have sat through a call. We would rather you rule us in or out in two minutes. These figures are in USD; every project gets a written quote.
Start with a discovery sprint
Sample figures$4,800
2 weeks, fixed price
A written scope, architecture outline, clickable prototype of the key flows, a delivery plan and a fixed estimate for the build. Yours to keep, whether or not we build it.
What is included
- Stakeholder and user interviews
- Technical review of what already exists
- Architecture and integration outline
- Prototype of the two or three flows that matter most
- Delivery plan with team, timeline and fixed-price estimate
If you go ahead with the build, the sprint fee is credited against the first milestone.
Typical project ranges
Real quotes depend on scope, but these are the ranges most projects land in. If your budget is below the starting figure, say so; there is often a smaller first version worth building.Sample figures

Four ways to engage
Project delivery
A defined scope, a delivery plan and a team that owns the outcome end to end.
Dedicated team
A long-running squad embedded with your product organisation, managed by us, directed by you.
Team extension
Senior engineers, designers or QA specialists who join your existing team and process.
Support and operations
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and on-call for software we built or inherited.
What moves the price
Number of platforms
Each extra screen (web, iOS, Android, each TV OS) adds design, build, test and certification work.
Integrations
Payments, DRM, identity, legacy systems and third-party APIs are where estimates most often move.
Compliance
Regulated industries add security testing, audit trails and documentation.
Content and data
Migrating existing data or large content libraries is real work and we quote it separately.
Questions clients ask before signing
- Who owns the code?
- You do. Once an invoice is paid, everything we built for you under it is yours: source code, designs, infrastructure configuration and documentation.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes, before the first detailed conversation if you prefer. We sign yours or send ours.
- Fixed price or time and materials?
- Both. A discovery sprint produces a fixed price for a defined scope. Ongoing or evolving work runs on time and materials or as a dedicated team with a monthly fee.
- What are the payment terms?
- Fixed-price projects are billed in milestones with a deposit at kick-off. Time and materials and dedicated teams are billed monthly, net 15.
- What if we want to stop?
- Fixed-price projects can stop at any milestone. Dedicated teams need 30 days' notice. You keep everything delivered to that point.
- How do you work across time zones?
- We keep at least four hours of overlap with your working day, run written updates every week and a demo every sprint, and give you direct access to the engineers.
What happens after you get in touch
- Day 1
A real reply
A senior engineer reads your message and replies within one working day. If you want an NDA before sharing details, we sign yours or send ours.
- Day 2 to 3
Discovery call
Forty-five minutes on goals, users, constraints and what already exists. We ask more than we pitch.
- Day 5 to 7
Written proposal
Scope, approach, team, timeline and an estimate with every assumption spelled out. No obligation.
- Day 10 to 14
Kick-off and first build
Once you say go, the team starts and you see working software before the end of the first sprint.
