About the role
You will own the platforms that client systems and our own products run on, including streaming workloads with real traffic peaks. Your job is to make deployments boring and incidents rare and short.
You will work with every product team, set the standards for how we build and ship, and have a real say in architecture decisions.
What you will do
- Design, build and operate infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud with Terraform
- Run Kubernetes clusters and the services on them, including upgrades and capacity planning
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that are fast and reliable
- Own monitoring, logging and alerting, and lead incident response and post-incident reviews
- Keep systems secure: access control, secrets, patching and backups
- Track cloud costs and reduce them without hurting reliability
- Document the platform so any engineer can deploy with confidence
What you will bring
- 4 or more years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering
- Production experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and at least one major cloud
- Strong Linux, networking and scripting skills
- Experience setting up observability with tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Calm, methodical approach to incidents, and clear written communication
Nice to have
None of these are required. If you have some, tell us about them.
- Operating Kafka, RabbitMQ or ClickHouse in production
- Video delivery: CDNs, multi-CDN and streaming workloads
- Security certifications or compliance work
- Go or Rust for internal tooling

How hiring works
01
Apply
Send a CV or a link to your work. A short note about what you want to do next helps.
02
Intro call
Thirty minutes with someone from the team you would join. Questions go both ways.
03
Technical session
A practical conversation about real work: code you have written, a system you have run, or a small take-home you choose.
04
Offer
A written offer with the details clear. We aim to finish the whole process within two weeks.
