The situation
Creators were paying platform fees of 5% to 12% and stitching together four or five tools for memberships, video, courses and downloads. Each tool owned a piece of their audience. The goal was one branded site and app set where the creator keeps the customer relationship and the money.
What we did
- A multi-tenant platform where every creator gets a multi-page site on their own domain
- Payments through each creator's own Stripe account, so the platform never holds fan money
- Video with free previews, courses with modules, drip schedules and certificates, and instant digital delivery
- A public sponsor rate card with an inquiry inbox, so brand deals come through the same front door
- Branded fan apps for iOS, Android and TV generated from the same content
